Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MRX Scalps (“we”, “us”) collects when you use mrxscalps.com, the Discord server, and the VIP service, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. It goes together with our Terms & Disclaimers.
The short version
We collect only what the service needs: an email or wallet address to sign you in, your Discord ID to deliver VIP, and the public on-chain record of your payment. Site analytics are aggregate and cookie-free — no IP addresses, no fingerprinting, no advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data, and we never hold your funds or keys. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, postal addresses, government IDs, card or bank details, or precise location. We do not read your Discord messages outside the MRX Scalps server; inside it, an automated moderation system reviews public messages and attachments against the server rules.
2. Why we use it
- To run your account — sign you in, keep you signed in, show you your membership status.
- To deliver VIP — grant and remove Discord roles when a pass starts and ends, send expiry reminders, apply referral credit.
- To process payments — watch the blockchain for your payment, confirm it, issue a receipt, and later move received funds to our treasury.
- To provide support — answer tickets and emails, resolve payment issues.
- To keep the community safe — moderate the server, detect impersonation and scams, and enforce the rules.
- To understand the site’s traffic — in aggregate only, so we know which pages are read and where visitors come from.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you (account, VIP, payments, support), our legitimate interest in running a safe service (moderation, security, aggregate analytics), and legal obligations (payment records).
3. Analytics, cookies, and tracking
The site uses no cookies for tracking and no third-party analytics scripts. Our own server records one anonymous event per page view containing the page path, the referring site (domain only), country, device class (mobile or desktop), and the type of network (residential, mobile, or data center). IP addresses are not stored, no identifier links one page view to another, and no advertising or social-media trackers are loaded. This data is used only in aggregate.
The only cookie we set is a session cookie when you sign in, so you stay signed in. It is essential to the service and contains no tracking information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request for the font files; that is the only third-party resource on the site.
4. Blockchain data
Payments for VIP are made on public blockchains. The transaction — sender address, amount, token, and destination — is permanently and publicly recorded on the chain by its nature, and we cannot alter or delete it. We store the transaction hash and the deposit address we generated so we can match your payment to your account. If you prefer not to link a wallet address to your identity, pay from an address you are comfortable having associated with your MRX Scalps account.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data — while your account exists, and deleted on request.
- Session tokens — until they expire or you sign out.
- Payment records — retained for accounting and legal purposes even after account deletion, limited to what those purposes require.
- Support messages — for as long as needed to resolve the issue and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Aggregate analytics — indefinitely; they contain no personal data.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete your account, or unlink your Discord or wallet. Deleting your account ends any active VIP pass without refund, and the on-chain payment record remains public regardless. To make a request, open a ticket in the Discord server or email support@mrxscalps.com from the address on your account; we will respond within 30 days. If you live in a region with data-protection law (such as the EU/UK GDPR or California’s CCPA), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local authority.
8. Security
Session tokens are stored hashed, admin access requires a hardware-wallet signature, secrets are never stored in client code, and the service is non-custodial by design — we never hold your funds or keys, so they cannot be lost through us. We will never DM you first and never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Anyone doing so is impersonating us. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
9. Age
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (or the age of majority where they live). If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server. Questions: support@mrxscalps.com or a ticket in the server.
