MRX Scalps (“MRX Scalps”, “we”, “us”) is a public trading challenge and community operated by an independent trader. By using mrxscalps.com, watching the stream, joining the Discord server, or purchasing a VIP pass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

Plain-language summary: nothing here is financial advice; leveraged crypto trading can lose you everything; VIP is an information service paid in crypto with no refunds once access is granted; we never hold your funds or keys; be decent in the community. The full terms follow.

1. Nothing here is financial advice

Everything on this site, on the stream, and in the community — including trade signals, entries, stops, targets, commentary, recaps, levels, and analysis — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It reflects one trader’s personal decisions about one account and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, nor an offer to manage money on your behalf.

MRX Scalps is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, exchange, or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and does not provide personalized advice. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the site or membership in VIP. Any decision to trade is yours alone. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional who knows your situation.

2. Risk disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency derivatives with leverage involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire balance, and is not suitable for most people. Prices are volatile, liquidity can vanish, exchanges can halt, and leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Slippage, fees, funding rates, latency, and outages can make your result different from anything shown here even when following the same idea.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. The challenge account’s history, win rate, and equity curve describe what already happened to one account and say nothing about what will happen to yours. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

3. The challenge and the data on this site

The challenge is a public documentation of one trading account. Balances, trades, and statistics shown on this site are derived automatically from the exchange record of that account and are presented in good faith. They may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by exchange outages, data errors, or software bugs, and may be corrected without notice. Figures are informational and are not audited financial statements.

The challenge runs at the trader’s sole discretion. We may pause, change, or end the challenge, the stream, or the site at any time. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome, schedule, or continuation.

4. VIP membership

VIP is a paid, time-limited information service delivered through the Discord server. It includes real-time trade signals for the challenge account and access to VIP-only channels. It does not include trade execution, account management, or individual advice, and section 1 applies to everything in it.

• Personal and non-transferable. One membership, one person. Sharing, forwarding, reselling, or publicly posting VIP content — including screenshots and automated relays — is prohibited and results in permanent removal without refund.
• Term. A pass runs for the purchased number of days from activation. Renewals stack on top of remaining time. Expiry reminders are a courtesy, not a guarantee; you are responsible for renewing before expiry if you want uninterrupted access. A short grace period may apply after expiry.
• Discord dependency. VIP delivery requires an active Discord account linked to your MRX Scalps account and membership in the server. Leaving the server, losing access to your Discord account, or being removed for conduct does not extend or refund a pass.
• Founding members. Early subscribers may receive a founding badge and a locked membership price, as described on the VIP page at the time of purchase. The lock applies to the renewal price of that membership and is not transferable.
• Changes. We may change what VIP includes, its pricing for new purchases, or its delivery platform. If we permanently discontinue VIP, remaining paid time on active passes will be refunded pro rata in the currency paid, to the address it was paid from, or credited at our discretion.

5. Payments and refunds

VIP is paid in supported stablecoins on supported networks, to a unique deposit address generated for each invoice. We are non-custodial: we never hold your funds or keys, and we never ask for them.

• No refunds. Blockchain payments are irreversible. Once a payment is confirmed and VIP access is granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in section 4 or required by applicable law.
• Send exactly what the invoice shows. Only the token and network shown on the invoice are monitored. Funds sent as a different token, on a different network, or to an expired invoice address may be unrecoverable. If that happens, open a support ticket promptly; we will help where we reasonably can, but recovery is not guaranteed.
• Underpayments and overpayments. Underpaid invoices are not activated until the full amount arrives. Small overpayments are not refunded.
• Invoice expiry. Invoices expire after a short window. Create a new invoice rather than paying an expired one.
• Coupons and pricing. Discount codes apply to a single purchase, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices are in USD and settled in stablecoins at face value.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your purchase or your trading.

6. Referral program

Referral rewards are issued as VIP time credit, not cash, and have no monetary value outside the service. Credit is granted only when a referred member’s paid purchase confirms. Self-referrals, referrals of the same person across multiple accounts, paid or incentivized sign-ups, and other manipulation void the credit and may result in removal. We may change or end the program at any time; earned credit already applied to an active pass is honored.

Links on this site to third-party exchanges may be referral links from which we earn a share of trading fees. This does not change the fees you pay and is disclosed here so you know it exists.

7. Community conduct

The Discord server rules are part of these terms. In short: be respectful; no spam, scams, shilling, or self-promotion; no leaking VIP content; keep trading talk in the trading channels. We may warn, mute, remove, or ban any member for conduct that harms the community, at our discretion and without refund.

8. Accounts and security

• You may sign in with an email code or a wallet signature. Signing in with a wallet is a gas-free message signature; we never request transactions, approvals, private keys, or seed phrases.
• You are responsible for the security of your email, wallet, and Discord account, and for everything done through them.
• We will never DM you first. All support happens through tickets in the Discord server or by email to support@mrxscalps.com. Anyone contacting you by direct message claiming to be MRX Scalps or staff is impersonating us — report and block them.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised or fraudulent.

9. Third-party services

The challenge is traded on a decentralized perpetuals exchange, streamed on YouTube, and hosted in a Discord server. These are independent services with their own terms, which apply to your use of them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of them, for their availability, or for anything that happens on them — including your own trading on any exchange.

10. Privacy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: an email or wallet address to sign you in, your Discord ID to deliver VIP, the public on-chain record of your payment, and cookie-free aggregate analytics. No IP logging, no ad trackers, no selling of data.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site, stream, community, and VIP service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Signals may be late, wrong, or missed entirely; data may be inaccurate; services may go down.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRX Scalps and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services, however caused. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for VIP in the twelve months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your own trading activity.

12. General

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to access the services and to trade crypto derivatives in your jurisdiction. The services are not offered where prohibited by law; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
• Intellectual property. Site content, branding, signals, and analysis are our property and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after that is acceptance. Material changes to VIP terms apply to purchases made after the change.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that place, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to your local courts.
• Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
